All reviews, comments, and content displayed on Acres Avenue are submitted by users and reflect individual opinions. Acres Avenue does not verify or endorse the accuracy or authenticity of any review.
We act as a neutral intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not influence user submissions except for lawful moderation.
To promote honest sharing, we allow anonymous review collection during early-stage platform seeding. Internally, we may retain non-public identifiers (e.g., flat numbers) for traceability. These are never shared.
We reserve the right to remove content violating policies. Review takedown requests can be sent to muralikrishna@acresavenue.com. Include the content URL and reasons. We'll investigate and remove unverifiable or violating content within 7 business days.
We act in compliance with Indian IT laws. If identity or authenticity of a review cannot be confirmed upon complaint, we will remove it without prejudice.
Acres Avenue is not liable for any direct or indirect loss due to reliance on user content. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
